Calvary Football Club have confirmed that they will be using Green Light Stadium as their home ground in the 2021/22 season.
Dribbler Sport understands the FUFA Big League entity reached an agreement with Onduparaka management to acquire the right to use the stadium as their home ground.
According to a reliable source, the Horizon Stars paid a sum of four million five hundred thousand Uganda Shillings (4.5 million) for their nine home games ahead of the coming season.
Calvary used the Green Light studium last season for their home games in the FUFA Big league and survived relagation.
The Horizon Stars have already completed the signing of 20 new signings including Tabu Vitalis, Choka Julius, Eric Otingcwing, Odagiu kalidi, Kilama Victor, Adriko Nazir, Kedi Michael, Elungat Emmanuel, Oture Kenneth, Maganda saleh, Wabulet Jackson, Opio Nelson and Arop desmond.
Norman brown, Oceng ivan, Oonyu Paul, Owing Ronald, James Obwoya and Atube Rongers have all joined the Yumbe based entity ahead of the coming season.
Calvery FC will be under the stewardship of head coach Geofrey Akena who will be deputized by John Ongodia, while Charles Agengo will be the goalkeeping coach during their second season in FUFA Big League.
