Mbarara City Football Club have announced the appointment of former Arua Hill Sports Club boss Hussein Mbalangu as interim coach at the Startimes Uganda Premier League club.
Mbalangu parted ways with the Leopards after helping the West Nile based side earn sporting promotion to the 2021/22 SUPL season.
According to the club statement, Hussein Mbalangu will be the Care Taker manager for the mean time until the club finds a new head coach.
This development was confirmed on Tuesday evening via the club’s official Twitter account.
“Hussein Mbalangu will be the Care Taker manager for the mean time until the Club Management decides on who to be the Head Coach,” Mbarara City confirmed in a statement.
