FAU and Deep End Sports Strike Online Broadcast Deal.

The Futsal Association Uganda (FAU) and online broadcasting company Deep End Sports on Sunday 27/12/2020, signed a sponsorship agreement which will make Deep End Sports the official online broadcaster and distributer of all Futsal games.

The newly admitted member of FUFA in the country confirmed the news via a statement on their official website.

Today is a great day for the game of futsal in Uganda as we have signed this Memorandum of Understanding with Deep End Sports Media.” FAU CEO Ibrahim Mugere wrote on FAU’s official website.

” Deep End Sports Media is an online broadcast company and what this MOU brings to the game of futsal is that Deep End Sports gets to record, broadcast and distribute all futsal games inclusive of the pregame and postgame material on all online media and futsal sports media.”

” This is an opportunity for futsal as a game as this aims at creating more game awareness for the game especially on online media platforms. This is a great milestone for futsal as a game in the country and the Association.”

Deep End Sports company shall be streaming all games of Futsal Uganda through YouTube channel and will also provide live shows, interview players before and after the games.

“We are very excited to get into a partnership with Futsal Uganda. We shall be streaming live the games of futsal. All you have to do is to go to YouTube and search for Deep End Sports Media. We shall also be having live shows before and after the game and also interview players before and after the games.” said Zini Jurua Deep End Sports Media Operations Manager.

For starters, The Futsal Association Uganda (FAU) is a registered member of FUFA since 2019 with aims to promote, develop and protect the Futsal games in Uganda.

FAU is also planning FIFA Futsal courses in coaching, refereeing and a FUFA Futsal instructors’ course in administration, refereeing and coaching.

It was founded in 2015 under the core founding membership of Jjunju Hamzah, Lugemwa Patrick, Nandigobe Richard Semanda and Pius Serugo.
