Arua Hill Sports Club have officially announced the acquisition of box-to-box midfielder Paddy Muhumuza from Tooro United Football Club.
As earlier reported by this website, the Leopards have added Muhumuza to their roster, he becomes the second player to join from relegated Tooro United Football club after captain Mike Kawooya.
The Club have confirmed that the midfielder has been signed on a permanent transfer and will wear shirt number 14.
” Experienced midfielder Paddy Muhumuza has signed for us in a permanent transfer from Tooro United FC.” read a statement from the club.
The 33-year old previously played for 4th division side Seeta Young, Joogo Young, Fire Masters, Proline Fc, Lweza and most recently Tooro United Football Club.
“They shared with me the dreams of gaining promotion to the top flight and I felt I could contribute to that cause.” Paddy Muhumuza told the club’s official website.
“The promotion dream is what I love and it also made me fall in love with the club. I love around and I am looking forward to seeing the club gain promotion and I still dream of going professional.” he added.
Muhumuza joins Dan Birikwalira, Mike Kawooya, Agau Rashid and Collins Onega on the list of players signed by the Leopards during the primary transfer window.
