Bbakka, Kakuba Boost Cranes Training Camp In Dubai.

Uganda Cranes camp in Dubai have received a massive boost with the news confirming the arrival of Swedish and Portuguese based players Alexis Bbakka (Umea FC) and Alex Kakuba (CD Cova Piedade) respectively.

The duo arrived in Dubai in the morning hours and drove to JA Ocean View Hotel to join the rest of the team who are still without their team captain Dennis Onyango.

The arrival of Bakka and Kakuba takes the number of foreign based players to 11 and could even increase to 12 with Paide Linnameeskond’s forward Edrisa Lubega Torres expected to jet in Dubai this evening to join the camp.

Defender Alex Kakuba joined the Cranes Camp from Portuguese based outfit CD Cova Piedade.

Left-back Alex Kakuba is from Portuguese Second tier League outfit CD Cova Piedade meanwhile forward Alexis Bakka is from Umea FC in Sweden.

The training camp in Dubai is in line with the Cameroon 2021 AFCON qualification campaign double header against South Sudan slated for November as well as the 2020 CHAN Tournament in Cameroon.
