Dribbler sports has learnt that, the two clubs had final negotiations on Wednesday 16th September 2020 and subsequently signed a memorandum of understanding that has now put the hotly contested matter of player ownership to bed.

Speaking to this website, Onduparaka club PRO Lulua Mark confirmed having approached the player prior to approaching his parent club and further stated that Onduparaka football club has always respected football clubs and the relationship between the two clubs has been a good one.
The attacking midfielder now has the been handed the biggest opportunity of his footballing career and he will have to take advantage of the expertise of the new team tactician Vialli Bianomugisha, who took over from caretaker coach Simeone Masaba in July.
