CAF has revealed their list of the top 12 countries in the continent on footballing terms.

According to their rules, the top 12 teams on the continent will be able to select two clubs each for the CAF Champions League and the CAF Confederation Cup. The countries outside the top 12 will only be allowed to select one club each.
Here are the list of the top 12 countries in Africa:

1-Algeria
2-Angola
3-DR Congo
4-Egypt
5-Guinea
6-Libya
7-Morocco
8-Nigeria
9-South Africa
10-Sudan
11-Tunisia
12-Zambia

The CAF Member Associations (MA) ranking is based on the performance of the MA’s representatives in the Total CAF Champions League and Total CAF Confederation Cup over a five-year period.
