Uganda Police Football Club have taken an option to extend the contract of Ruben Kimera- tying the left-footed winger until 2022.
The 24-year old winger had his contract expired but with the new deal, Kimera will be a Cop for at least two more years.
” I feel so for renewing my contract, I’m ready to work hard for the team and I’m hoping for the best this coming season. ” Kimera told the club’s official website.
” I hope to score and create more goals compared to the previous season.” he added
Speaking to the Club’s website Police Fc Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) Fahad Lumu Said ” He is an experience player and we hop to see best out of him, His display on the pitch is great and we are going to help them to achieve our goals and objectives.”
He becomes the 9th player to renew contract for the cops after Joseph Odong, Yusuf Ssozi, Emmanuel Kiryowa, Bashir Kabuye, Musa Matovu, Joseph Sentamu, Edward Kiryowa and Denis Rukundo.
Uganda Police Football Club have already Confirmed seven new signings including Solomon Oloka, Eric Ssenjobe, Tonny Mawejje, Muwadda Mawejje, Tom Ikara Hassan Muhammad and Arnold Ssembuya.
