Kyetume Football Club have given an update on the status of arguably their expierenced striker after undergoing a successful surgery on Wednesday 22nd July 2020 at the clubs health center in Kyetume Nakisunga Mukono.
It was recently confirmed that Robert Sentongo, who scored 8 goals for the Slaughters last season, would face about six months out with an abdomen injury that he picked up last season and he is now starting his recovery after undergoing a successful operation according to the club’s doctor Mable Kabatalindwa.
” On Wednesday 22nd July 2020 at 11:00 am Robert Ssentongo Underwent a Successful Operation at the Club Health Facility in Kyetume Nakisunga Mukono District, He is now Progressing well.” Club Doctor Mable Kabatalindwa stated on the clubs website.
“he will be able to kickstart the 2020/21 UPL Season” he adds.

Robert Sentongo scored eight goals last season for the Slaughters who finished 11th on the log, with 30 points in 25 games, just six points off the relegation zone
