Reports : Uganda Cranes star Denis Iguma reaches agreement with KCCA FC.

With KCCA FC manager Mike Mutebi looking for ways to strengthen his side ahead of the CAF Confederation Cup and the 2020/21 season, the Kassasiros have now reportedly agreed a deal with Uganda Cranes international midfielder

The midfielder will sign a two year deal at the club according to reliable sources.

Iguma has been out with an injury for the past one and half years and missed the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations but one KCCA official who preferred anonymity says the player passed medical tests.

” True, we agreed a deal for Iguma and he successfully passed medical tests,” revealed a source.

It has also been claimed that Iguma’s transfer to KCCA FC is likely to be finalised and announced on Sunday evening at 10pm during the club TV show on Sanyuka TV.

Should the deal materialize the midfielder, who last featured for Bekaa Sports Club in Lebanon will re-unite with coach Mike Mutebi with whom he fell out over tactics during his spell at SC Villa in 2012.

Before joining SC Victoria University, where he guided the club to the top division and also won the Uganda Cup at the now defunct club.

Iguma will become the fourth signing for Kampala City Council Authority Football Club ( KCCA FC ). who have already captured the signature of Ashraf Mugume, Charles Lwanga and Loro Mazzengo.

The 13 time Uganda Premier League champions KCCA FC is also believed to have already lined offers for Police Fc player Andrew Samson Kigozi ,Pius Obuya, Isma Mugulusi and Mbarara City star Brian Aheebwa .
