On October 2, 2018 Onduparaka Football club fans, through their branches, took a huge step towards purchasing a team bus by issuing a down payment of Sh10,000 by 10,000 fans required to get the job done.
The money was collected through the mobile money in the phones of Lula Mark and Winninpeg.
Later the club officially launched the Bus Project which started as a fans initiative on 25th February 2020 as the club celebrated its 10 years anniversary. The club and its official sponsor MTN Uganda also launched the official MTN MOMO account for all future transactions.

A Picture of bank statement and mobile money contributions was also shared on the post.
However, the bus project update has not gone well with a section of fans, who claim it’s not clear while a section thanked the club for the updates.
Why is that you never bother to let the fans know about the accountability till you felt the pressure from the fans ..and for your information clubs are buzzy singing players nd for us here we are focusing on changing the log of the badge and telling things we are supposed to know before now.
So better tell us about our plans for next season .

The club has halted the project due the current covid-19 pandemic but hopes to resume as the situation normalizes with more ideas.

As the situation gradually returns to normal, we intend to reignite the fire with more interesting strategies and ideas
